Q:  Will you be listing my house on the MLS or actually buying it?

Q:  Do you pay fair prices for properties?
A: We often purchase houses at somewhat below market value. Ideally, we are buying houses at a discount so we can profit by reselling. Q:  How do you determine the price to offer on my house?
A: The process in which we figure out what to offer for your house is simple. We consider where your house is, what sorts of repairs it needs, and the value of nearby houses that have sold recently. We have worked in your area for years and we are informed about local market conditions. Our offers are carefully crafted to get you paid fairly for your house and allow us to resell later on too.

Q:  Are there any fees or commissions to work with you?
